Tkk1971's Terms & Conditions — Please read before becoming a member

1. General Terms

By using the tkk1971 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. tkk1971 is an online betting and gaming platform operating under Bangladeshi and international law. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between tkk1971 and all of its registered members.

Tkk1971 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual — particularly where there is doubt about their location or identity. tkk1971 bears no liability for access attempts from restricted regions or accounts created using false information, and any balance held in such accounts may be confiscated.

Although all content on this page is written in Bengali, the English version shall take precedence in any official legal interpretation. In the event of any discrepancy in meaning between the two languages, the English version will be considered final.

2. Account Policy

2.1 Registration & Identity

Accurate information is required when creating an account on tkk1971. Providing a false name, incorrect date of birth, or fraudulent ID details may result in account suspension or termination, and your balance may not be returned. Only one account may be created per mobile number or device.

If multiple members of the same household want to create separate accounts using the same device or internet connection, they must notify tkk1971 support in advance. Doing so without prior notice may be treated as a multiple-account violation.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your tkk1971 account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, contact tkk1971 support immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit on tkk1971 is ৳500. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming. Third-party deposits are not accepted — the name on the depositing account must match the registered account name.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

A completed KYC verification is required on your account before you can make a withdrawal from tkk1971. Prior to your first withdrawal, please submit a photo of your National ID or passport — approval is typically granted within 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳2,00,000. For VIP members, this limit may be higher or unlimited depending on their tier. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete. However, real money balances can be withdrawn at any time — even while a bonus is active.

4. Betting Rules

All bets on tkk1971 are finalised once the "Confirm Bet" button is clicked. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended — including in cases of technical issues or typographical errors. Please review your stake and selection carefully before placing your bet.

Odds in live betting change continuously. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final. Claims for bet cancellation due to odds fluctuations will not be accepted.

4.1 Void Bet Policy

Tkk1971 may void bets and refund the original stake in certain circumstances — such as event cancellation, publication of clearly erroneous odds, or regulatory reasons. If a bonus was used on a voided bet, it will also be returned.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonus offers on tkk1971 come with their own terms, which are clearly stated on the promotions page or in the bonus notification. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms and conditions.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — on your first deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being suspended.
• Tkk1971 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it reaches its expiry date.
• Tkk1971 may investigate suspected bonus abuse and forfeit bonuses where necessary.

6. Responsible Gaming

Tkk1971 believes entertainment is only healthy when it stays in control. Our platform includes several features designed to help prevent problem gaming.

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limits take effect immediately once set — however, increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.

To self-exclude, go to Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. You can take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months. All marketing communications will also be paused during this period.

8. User Code of Conduct

Discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behaviour toward other members on tkk1971's platform is strictly prohibited. Using offensive language or making threats in live game chats may result in a temporary or permanent account ban.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

1. Creating or Using Multiple Accounts
2. Abuse or Exploitation of the Bonus System
3. Use of Automated or Robotic Betting Software
4. Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
5. Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
6. Using another member's details or identity

9. Limitation of Liability

Tkk1971 makes every effort to keep its services running without interruption. However, tkk1971 is not liable to members for any temporary service disruptions caused by technical errors, server downtime, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.

Tkk1971 accepts no liability for betting losses. Betting always carries risk, and the possibility of losing is ever-present. tkk1971 is a platform provider only — we play no role in determining the outcome of any win or loss.

10. Policy on Changes to Terms

Tkk1971 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Minor changes take effect immediately, while significant changes will be communicated to members with at least 7 days' notice.

Continued use of tkk1971 after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you are always free to close your account.
